Ground improvement additive "Earth Silica DG"

Introducing a ground improvement additive made from glass powder!

"Earth Silica DG" is a ground improvement additive used by mixing it with blast furnace slag fine powder. It is a mixture of glass powder containing a large amount of silica and alkaline additives, which promotes the solidification of blast furnace slag fine powder, forming a solidified body that achieves high strength. Additionally, by replacing a portion of the blast furnace slag fine powder with ordinary cement, it is also possible to control the time until hardening occurs. 【Features】 ■ Does not contain chromium compounds, thus does not leach hexavalent chromium ■ Achieves strength greater than cement-based solidifying materials in improved soil ■ Provides dramatic effects in strength development of clayey soil ■ Offers high fluidity when mixed with slurry of clayey soil ■ Highly applicable to mixing and solidification methods *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Ground improvement additive "Earth Silica"

Introducing a ground improvement additive made from glass powder!

"Earth Silica" is a ground improvement additive used by adding it to blast furnace slag fine powder. It is a mixture of glass powder containing a large amount of silica and alkaline additives, which promotes the solidification of blast furnace slag fine powder and forms a solidified body that achieves high strength. Furthermore, by partially replacing some of the blast furnace slag fine powder with calcium, it is possible to control the time until the effect is realized. 【Features】 ■ With zero cement, the CO2 emissions as a solidifying agent can be reduced by 80% compared to ordinary Portland cement. ■ Since it does not contain chromium compounds, there is no concern about hexavalent chromium leaching. ■ In improved soil, strength greater than that of cement-based solidifying agents can be achieved. ■ Dramatic effects are obtained in the strength development of clayey soil. ■ High fluidity is achieved when mixing with slurry of clayey soil. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
